It's been a while. I've been pretty busy working on the house, trying to be a decent teacher, spending time with the family and sneaking some sleep and coffee in here and there. I'm afraid the blog has taken a backseat. Here's the skinny: The windows and doors are in with the exception of the basement windows and a big one that's damaged and awaiting parts. The plumbing is roughed in and inspected. The electrical and HVAC are in progress and the exterior insulation is complete but for a few patches here and there. At this point we're aiming to be in by August. The to-do list is massive... but shrinking.
